Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Overall in-charge for an area with regard to deployment, network planning and expansion as per company standards and ensuring connectivity as per the TAT /SLA
Role Description
Directly responsible for installation services and network elements (CAT 5 and Fiber) last mile at customer location by maintaining the highest safety standards
Responsible for delivering the connections within the commitments/ SLA
Support Plan and design fiber network as per the company standards
Maintain complete adherence to processes and SOPs of rollout
Responsible of materials consumption and timely submission of certificates of installation/Commission
. Ensure timely planning and deployment as per the projection plan
Assume administrative responsibility for branch staff in terms of goal setting and performance assessment
Responsible to Audit Quality of materials deployed on field and give feedback for improvements
Responsible to track that every element in the branch is connected with active redundancy or as per the company?s standards
Responsible for documentation of all deployments along with route maps
Conduct quality audits of deployed fiber and cat-5epost deployment (either by company fiber team or outsourced fiber team) and submit reports to TL-Ops periodically
Key Result Areas
Role has high impact on building operational efficiency, managing strong customer relationship, increase in revenue and financial performance of the branch

Recruitment Specifications
Education
Should be a Graduate or above in any discipline
Work Experience
Should have 1-2 years of experience in an ISP or Telecom company
Must have Hands-on experience in handling large Wireless networks with stipulated service levels
Should be Well ?versed in wireless & Wi-Fi trouble shooting
Should possess strong Technology awareness
